At present, BRAC in Bangladesh is providing financial services to about one crore customers through its 2800 branches across the country in its microfinance program. Post Name: Trainee Program Organizer, Claim

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Equivalent Degree from any recognized University. 

Work Place: BRAC Field Office. 

Job Responsibilities: To achieve social development along with poverty alleviation by supporting production or service work by ensuring financial inclusion to marginalized groups at the field level. 

Salary: 23,000/- (First 6 Months) during Apprenticeship and 28,200/- after permanentization Also provident fund, gratuity, bonus, traveling allowance, health and life insurance allowance will be provided as per organization rules. 

Other benefits: In addition to paternity leave, if the employee's performance is satisfactory, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a higher grade as per the policy of the organization.
